Peyronie’s Disease (PD) is a fibrotic disorder of the tunica albuginea of the corpora cavernosa that is clinically defined by the presence of a palpable, inelastic tunical plaque.1,2,3,4 Penile pain and/or erectile dysfunction may also be associated with PD. Penile deformity in PD may be severe enough to preclude penetrative sexual relations, leading to substantial patient/partner distress.
